1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Puppet Fight, submitting content, voting, joining a list, or using any current or future feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and any community rules posted on the site.
2. What Puppet Fight Provides
Puppet Fight is an AI-assisted comedy entertainment platform for puppet fight videos, character galleries, curated streaming concepts, creator submissions, voting, and related community features. Some features may be prototypes, beta features, or locally stored demos until production systems are connected.
3. User Uploads and Creator Responsibility
You are responsible for anything you upload or submit, including videos, images, captions, descriptions, creator names, and metadata. You represent that you own the content or have all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and clearances needed to submit it.
- Do not upload copyrighted material you do not own or control.
- Do not upload private, confidential, or sensitive personal information.
- Do not upload content that impersonates, harasses, threatens, exploits, or targets real people.
- AI-generated content should not mislead viewers into believing synthetic events are real.
4. License You Grant to Puppet Fight
When you submit content, you grant Puppet Fight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, stream, reproduce, edit for formatting, promote, distribute, and otherwise use the submission in connection with the Puppet Fight website, social channels, marketing, community galleries, and curated programming.
You still own your content, but this license allows Puppet Fight to operate the platform, show submitted fights, create previews, make thumbnails, and include approved submissions in future streaming formats.
5. Community and Content Rules
Submissions should be comedic, clearly puppet-focused, and safe for community viewing. Puppet Fight may reject or remove content involving real-world violence, sexual content, hateful conduct, targeted harassment, exploitation, doxxing, illegal activity, malware, spam, deceptive practices, or material that creates legal or safety risk.
6. Moderation and Streaming Approval
Submission does not guarantee publication, promotion, monetization, or inclusion in Puppet Fight TV. We may review, edit, refuse, label, remove, de-rank, or archive content at our discretion. “Fury Queue Approved” means a submission has passed an internal content review; it does not mean legal ownership has been independently verified.
7. Intellectual Property Complaints and DMCA Policy
Puppet Fight respects intellectual property rights. Copyright complaints should be submitted under our Copyright & DMCA Takedown Policy at /legal/copyright-dmca. Our designated agent for copyright notices is dmca@puppetfight.com. Community videos in the Fury Queue include a DMCA link on each watch page.
Trademark, publicity, likeness, impersonation, privacy, and other non-copyright complaints may be submitted through our IP complaint process. We may remove, disable, restrict, de-rank, or label content that we believe creates legal or platform risk. We may terminate or restrict users who repeatedly infringe rights or abuse the submission process.
8. Accounts, Payments, and Future Features
Future versions may include creator accounts, monetization, paid subscriptions, payouts, live events, ads, sponsorships, or streaming access. Additional terms may apply to those features when launched.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free streaming, permanent storage, publication of submissions, or that all content will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puppet Fight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
